Work Description
- Careful demolition of old FIREPROOFING concrete
- Mechanical cleaning-pickling of steel elements (columns, beams, outriggers, etc.) of metal structures with SSPC-SP6 quality.
- Implementation of special protective coating Coal Tar Epoxy (Polyamide or amine cured) of thickness 300 on metal surfaces of the elements.
- Placement of new galvanized steel reinforcement (matrix) with epoxy adhesion of metal pegs
- Construction of specialist formwork and concreting new investment of FIREPROOFING the various elements of the of metal structures.
- Coating-spreading of new reinforced concrete (FIREPROOFING) with special cementitious protective material.
