Work Description
- Removal of old damaged protective paint from the pedestals with mechanical sanders and high pressure hydroblast of 500 bar.
- Revelation, maintenance and corrosion inhibition of oxidized concrete reinforcement of the pedestals.
- Repair of cracked concrete sections of the pedestals and restoration of problematic sections with high strength repair mortar.
- Strengthening of reinforced concrete pedestals by applying (confinement) Fiber Reinforced Polymer (Carbonsheets).
- Protection of the final surface of the supporting pedestals tanks with special protective high durability epoxy paint.
- Repair and restoration of cracked pan balance made of reinforced concrete outdoors the cooperative and final coating with special protective paint.
- Repair and restoration of cracked columns of the bearing structure of reinforced concrete (with substantial oxidation and corrosion of their reinforcement ) in the interior of the cooperative and their protection with special high resistance epoxy paint.
