Works Description
- Preparation, cleaning and etching of the pedestals surface of the W / M with high pressure hydroblast 500 bar.
- Protection and isolation of anchor screws of "Anchor Cage" of the W / M.
- Installation of formwork on pedestals around the mounting flange of the W / M.
- Application of a special mortar (Grout) of ultra-high compressive strength (type BASF MasterFlow 9300 or Fosroc BB92-O) between the pedestal and the bearing flange of the W / M with the use of a special pump Putzmeister for mortar.
- Curing and protection of the mortar (Grout) and quality control of the compressive strength by breaking specimens at a certified laboratory.
- Implementation of grouting on soil for remediation before the construction of the pedestal foundation of the W / M.
